As one of the central events of Baltic Pride 2021 will be the second business conference, which will take place
on August 5. This year’s Baltic Diversity Business Forum will focus on issues such as diversity
management during the Covid-19 pandemic, corporate responsibility and diversity, diversity and inclusion
policies within the ESG, the true cost of intolerance, as well as employers will share inspiration stories. The
forum will focus on transferring good practice to companies in the field of diversity management.
Conference speakers will include representatives from Latvian Diversity Charter, European Commission (TBC),
Society Integration Foundation, Swedbank, Accenture (TBC), COBALT (TBC), Printful (TBC) and others.
